Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds on medications for any reason.

A $150 non-refundable appointment fee is charged at the time of booking your appointment. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment,  we can put the charged amount toward your next scheduled visit. If the cancelation is after 24 hours, we will not allow a reschedule without another $150 appointment booking fee. 

We will not refund any amount if you choose to cancel your appointment and not reschedule.
