We do not accept returns or refunds on medications for any reason.

A $100 non-refundable appointment fee is charged at the time of booking your initial consultation and follow up appointments.  If you cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment,  we can put the charged amount toward your next scheduled visit. If the cancelation is after 24 hours, we will not allow a reschedule without another appointment booking fee paid in full at the time of booking. 

We will not refund any amount if you choose to cancel your appointment and not to reschedule your appointment.
