We are a cash based practice only. We do this so health insurance companies cannot dictate the type of treatments you can receive. 

That means we can help you even if you don't carry insurance.

*We do accept HSA Cards for payment*.

We know that life is busy and it can be incredibly hard to make it into a clinic for an appointment. Now you don’t have to!

Our provider will see you for a virtual weight loss appointment via Telehealth, which will allow you to be seen from anywhere as long as your residence is in Utah or Idaho. 

*You will need access to the internet on a phone or computer with video capability for the appointment.*
